This is the ninth edition of SMK’s column and my fourth. Sorry it is late. Enjoy! Feedback is always appreciated.

This past week on Smackdown, Stacy Keibler and Christy Hemme were backstage when Sylvain Grenier insults the two by saying that Christy is “fake” and that Stacy’s dress is from Salvation Army. Bob “Hardcore” Holly the walks over and gives Sylvain some fashion advice. Holly says that with all the black Sylvain is wearing a black eye would go perfectly. Smackdown then goes to a commercial break.

After the commercial break, Sylvain comes to the ring followed by Holly with Stacy and Christy. The match takes place with little distraction until Sylvain says something to the two divas, turns around, and is nailed with a fist from Holly, most likely the black eye Holly was talking about earlier. Sylvain goes to the back holding his eye and Holly wins by count out. Stacy and Christy get in the ring and the three celebrate.

If you recall from my previous column, I mentioned, “maybe WWE is just using the divas to set up a feud between Holly and Sylvan; or maybe Stacy or Christy will turn heel and team with Sylvan for a mixed tag team feud.” This is still a possibility with the recent action on Smackdown.

Many of you know about the recent change to Stacy’s entrance video and music. This change may have taken place because a character change for Stacy is going to take place soon. It could also just be a simple change that WWE decided would be good and will have no impact on Smackdown. One can only hope that it is going to lead to a bright future for Stacy and make the fans happy. Tune in to Smackdown this Friday night to see how it all plays out.
