" A lot of the techniques are about keeping your core stabilized, so it's been a great ab workout," the star tells Us. Now, Keibler has increased her practice time to six hours, six days a week. Stacy's diet "I'm a big breakfast person," says the 125-pound former model and Baltimore Ravens cheerleader, who loves cottage cheese with fruit, and egg white omelettes with fresh veggies. Instead of pasta, she fills up on salad with lean chicken and dressing on the side. Her snacks? Almonds and unsalted popcorn. Her payoff "My abs are incredible now, and I haven't been this thing since I was a child," says the 5-foot-11 star, who dropped 10 pounds and one dress size since the show. How about those 41 1/2-inch glamazon gams? "My legs have never looked better!" she says. |
