At home with Stacy Keibler - March 1ST, 2006

What the home reveals
Celebrity designer Doug Wilson
of trading spaces weighs in:

"You can tell by watching Stacy that she's a warm and passionate person, and that's also clear in her choice of decor."

Anyone who's seen Stacy Keibler move on Dancing with the stars knows that she's got real flair. The WWE wresling star--who has long legs that Dancing judge Bruno Tonioli has called "the best in the business"-has dazzled audiences with her sensuous moves and boundless energy.

And it's clear she has the same panache when it comes to home decor--Stacy's created a Moroccan-style oasis in a little corner of LA.

"I like a real cozy earthy feel," says Stacy. And by combining lush textures and rich colors with warm neutral tones, she's given her two-bedroom hideaway a welcoming feeling.

"I love having my own place," the 26-year old says. "But I love to invite friends over." The split-level house is designed for entertaining, with a large, open living room and two spacious outdoor areas that Stacy has also decorated with exotic touches. Stacy, who can be seen in a small role in Big Momma's House 2, says she couldn't be happier with her life right now.

"I feel like my stars were in the right spot at the right time, and I wake up with a smile on my face every day."

"I don't do much in my bedroom besides sleep. I walk in and pass out," she says. "I like the Moroccan bedspread, which reflects the house's theme."

"I love the living room because of the openness--it's one giant space, which makes it seem bigger than it is," says Stacy.

"The walls have a faux finish that makes it feel warmer," Stacy says. "And the candles make a difference. I light them every night, even if i'm by myself. Sitting home, watching TV with a blanket and lit candles is so cozy."

Even though she has a hectic schedule, Stacy makes time to invite friends over for dinner. "I cook very healty-- proteins and vegetables," she says.
